 Return and Exchange Policy for Looper

At Looper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following guidelines:

 All Claims Will Be Answered Through Email or WhatsApp (NO CALLS ALLOWED)

 7-Day Replacement/Return Policy for Wrong or Defective Products

- You may return items purchased from looperindia.com if you receive the wrong product or if the item is defective.
- Contact our Customer Support team within 6 days of receiving the product to initiate a return.
- An unboxing clear video with the properly packed order as sent by us will be needed for any further investigation.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive Looper Credits equivalent to the purchase price of the item, which you can use for future purchases on our website within 6 months.

Exchange for Size Issues

- If you experience sizing issues, you are eligible for a one-time exchange for the correct size.
- Contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving the product to request an exchange.
- Customers must self-ship the product to the provided address. Upon receiving the parcel, it will undergo a quality check (QC). After QC is completed, the new exchanged parcel will be shipped to you.

Note: We do not provide a pickup option for exchanges. Customers will be responsible for covering the reverse shipping charges for exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Customer Service:

   - Provide the following information:
     - Your order number
     - Details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
     - Reason for the return or exchange
     - Clear pictures of the product and an unboxing video of the package

2. Customer Service Guidance:
   - Our customer service team will guide you through the return or exchange process, including providing the return shipping address and further instructions.

Refunds and Exchanges

- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them for eligibility.
- A credit note equivalent to the cost amount is provided for returns/exchanges of items that are not on sale.
  - No monetary refunds are provided.
  - The item must be unused and in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Return items will be checked by the quality assurance team. If the product does not meet expectations, it will be returned to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

 How to Use a Looper Credit Note

- Apply the credit note on our website at the checkout page.
- Steps:
  - Enter the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click 'APPLY'.
  - The discount will automatically be reflected, and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
- The credit note is valid for 6 months.
- The credit note does not include the shipping fee paid during the order.

 Cancellation Policy

Looperindia.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under circumstances where the requirement could not be met. Any communication of cancellation or applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

- Once the order is processed, we will charge forward logistics for cancellations.
