At Looper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

All Claims Will Be Answered Through Email 

7-Day Return Policy for Wrong or Defective Products Only

  • You may return items purchased from Looper only if:
    • You receive the wrong product, or
    • The product is defective/damaged.
  • Customers must contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return request.
  • An unboxing clear video with the properly packed parcel as sent by us is mandatory for any investigation or claim process.
  • Once the return request is approved after verification, customers will receive Looper Credits equivalent to the purchase value of the product.
  • Looper Credits can be used for future purchases on our website and are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Important Notes

  • We do not provide returns or exchanges for size issues, fitting issues, or preference-based reasons.
  • No monetary refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Products returned without proper proof, images, or unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
  • All returned products undergo a quality check (QC). If the product fails QC, it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

How to Use Looper Credits

  • Add products to your cart on Looper Website.
  • Enter your credit note code in the “DISCOUNT CODE” section at checkout.
  • The applicable amount will automatically be deducted from your total payable amount.

Note:

  • Credit notes are valid for 6 months.
  • Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel an order, customers must contact us via email at info@looperindia.com before the order is shipped.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation charges including forward shipping may apply.
  • Looper reserves the right to cancel any order under circumstances where the order cannot be fulfilled.
