Return and Exchange Policy for Looper
At Looper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Please read the following guidelines:

We allow a 6 Day Replacement/Return Policy for Wrong or Defective Products:
• You may return items purchased from looperindia.com if you receive the wrong product or if the item is defective.
• To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team within 6 Days of receiving the product.
• We may request photographs or other evidence of the incorrect item or defect to assist us in processing your return
• Once your return is approved, you will receive Looper Credits equivalent to the purchase price of the item, which you can use for future purchases on our website within 6 months.
• NOTE- Please record unboxing video for better assistance

Exchange for Size Issues:
• If you experience sizing issues ,you are eligible for a one-time exchange for the correct size.
• To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
• We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, and upon receiving the returned item, we will send you the correct size.

Pease note that the customer will be responsible for covering the reverse shipping charges .

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
3.1. To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@looperindia.com with the following information:
• Your order number
• Details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
• Reason for the return or exchange
• Clear Pictures of the product and unboxing video of the package

3.2. Our customer service team will guide you through the return or exchange process, including providing you with the return shipping address, and further instructions.


5. Refunds and Exchanges
5.1. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them for eligibility. A credit note equivalent to the cost amount is provided for returns/exchange of items that are not on sale.
• Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds
• In the case of returns, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

How to use a Looper Credit Note: 
• Looper Credit Note can be applied on our website at the checkout page.
• On the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'
• The discount code will automatically be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
• The validity of the credit note is 4 months.
• Credit note does not include the shipping fee paid during placing the order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

6.1. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Items marked as final sale
• Personalised or custom-made items

CANCELLATION POLICY 
Looperindia.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
Cancellation and Refund of an order:

Also, Orders can be cancelled on website using the Cancel button. Orders can be cancelled only before order status changes to shipped or 24 hours from order placement – whichever is earlier. Once is order is processed we will not be able to cancel the order free of cost. We will charge forward logistics for same.
