How long will it take for the order to reach me?

We strive to deliver products purchased from Looper India in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

Please refer to the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for domestic orders. From the time of shipping, it takes about 4-8 working days for domestic orders to reach you. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

What is the cost of shipping? For all orders above Rs.899, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs.49 is applicable to all orders under Rs. 899.

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges if paid.

If you return an order delivered to you, order forward shipping charges will not be refunded

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed? We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at info@looperindia.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Return and Exchange Policy for Looper
At Looper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Please read the following guidelines:

We allow a 6 Day Replacement/Return Policy for Wrong or Defective Products:
• You may return items purchased from looperindia.com if you receive the wrong product or if the item is defective.
• To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team within 6 Days of receiving the product.
• We may request photographs or other evidence of the incorrect item or defect to assist us in processing your return
• Once your return is approved, you will receive Looper Credits equivalent to the purchase price of the item, which you can use for future purchases on our website within 6 months.
• NOTE- Please record unboxing video for better assistance

Exchange for Size Issues:
• If you experience sizing issues ,you are eligible for a one-time exchange for the correct size.
• To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
• We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, and upon receiving the returned item, we will send you the correct size.

Pease note that the customer will be responsible for covering the reverse shipping charges .

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
3.1. To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@looperindia.com with the following information:
• Your order number
• Details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
• Reason for the return or exchange
• Clear Pictures of the product and unboxing video of the package

3.2. Our customer service team will guide you through the return or exchange process, including providing you with the return shipping address, and further instructions.

5. Refunds and Exchanges
5.1. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them for eligibility. A credit note equivalent to the cost amount is provided for returns/exchange of items that are not on sale.
• Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds
• In the case of returns, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

How to use a Looper Credit Note: 
• Looper Credit Note can be applied on our website at the checkout page.
• On the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'
• The discount code will automatically be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
• The validity of the credit note is 4 months.
• Credit note does not include the shipping fee paid during placing the order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

6.1. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Items marked as final sale
• Personalised or custom-made items

CANCELLATION POLICY 
Looperindia.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

Also, Orders can be cancelled on website using the Cancel button. Orders can be cancelled only before order status changes to shipped or 24 hours from order placement – whichever is earlier. Once is order is processed we will not be able to cancel the order free of cost. We will charge forward logistics for same.
